Chelmer Valley Badminton Club and ECC Battledore have recently amalgamated to form a new club - Sandon Badminton Club.  We currently practice at Chelmer Valley High School, Chelmsford, Essex every Wednesday between 8pm-10pm and our home matches are played at Sandon School (normally on a Tuesday or Wednesday).  We welcome anyone from the Chelmsford area to join us.  Sorry, we do not take on any beginners or those with little experience though.  

We currently have about 40 members, and play in the Chelmsford and District Badminton Federation League and the Braintree and District Badminton league.  

We currently run the following 11 league sides:-

    *    Mens doubles fours/sixes

    *    Mixed doubles fours/sixes

    *    Ladies doubles fours

    *    Club night every Wednesday 8 - 10pm

    *    Four courts are available
